HYDRATE:

Water is one of the easiest detoxifiers of your body, so drink a lot of it! Cranberry juice or orange juice can have the same effects on your body.

Sometimes all you need to calm down your high is a quick snooze. Not too long however, the best amount of time is around 30 minutes, any more than that and you could wake up feeling even more groggy than you did before.

EAT SOMETHING:

Many say that eating will reduce a high, this being the reason people tend to wait (at least as long as they can) to eat while they are high. No one is quite sure why this works, and it won’t for all people either. It is suggested that digesting food also equals to digesting THC faster as well.

FIND FRIENDS:

Friends can be the best way to calm down any stressful trip while high. Not only this, but they will be able to help you if anything goes wrong, or you gave up looking for that last donut, and need someone else to logically look. Just make sure you have chosen the right friends.

Chill Your High 3TAKE A COLD SHOWER:

Taking a shower makes your body react by immediately decreasing your heart rate as a natural means of survival. This will also drop your body temperature, conserve energy, and conserve excess oxygen, thus THC.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF:

Pull out a book, play some video games, start a good conversation, or even offer to play a game with your friends.
